Our Story

Jen and Sam met through one of Sam's closest friend's, Zach Waldman (a groomsman!) Sparks flew one night out at the bar Fly, in San Francisco. Enter, "the hook-up stage", non-committal, rocky, but full of lust. They were young!

It was Super Bowl Sunday in 2020. Jen and Sam locked eyes throughout the day and felt that spark rekindle, but Jen was taken. She was also leaving for a big trip abroad. What were they to do? Wait it out, of course.

A few months later in April 2020, Jen was newly single. Zach informed Sam, and Sam took it upon himself to ask Jen out on a casual (covid-friendly) date. Due to restrictions, the two took it very slow. A blessing in disguise? Restrictions fell. The waiting was worth it, their love grew.

Fast forward to now, and they are living together with their sweet (and sometimes scary) tuxedo cat, Jinx. There was really no stopping them in the end.
